As apart of the customer contact form we collect information including but not limited to; name, organisation, phone number, email. This allows us to make contact with you as a potential customer to assist with your enquiry.
Who we share your data with
No data is shared externally to Wise Productions unless for limited cases where other companies involved in your enquiry may be contacted. In this case explicit permission will be gained the customer.
How long we retain your data
We will retain your contact information is kept in our customer contact system for a minimum of three years unless a request to delete the information is received.
What rights you have over your data
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Your data from the contact form is emailed to our company email address “..@wiseproductions.net.au” and is kept internally on secure servers.
